Complete your New Jersey ethics CPE requirement with a four-credit live webinar designed for CPAs. This NJ CPA ethics course covers the state laws, regulations, and professional conduct standards that govern CPAs and accounting firms in New Jersey.

The course examines the New Jersey Accountancy Act, the Uniform Enforcement Act, and related regulations issued by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. Through practical examples, participants will learn how New Jersey’s requirements apply to independence, integrity, confidentiality, disciplinary action, conflicts of interest, record retention, and other professional responsibilities.

This New Jersey Law & Ethics webinar focuses specifically on the rules established or adopted by the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy. It does not rely on general AICPA ethics standards except where those standards have been expressly adopted by the State Board.
